Dongguan Fulin Machine Co., Ltd. is a specialized company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of precision metal mechanical parts, molds, jigs, fixtures, and automated equipment. The factory is located in the Sichuang Industrial Park, Wanjiang District, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, with a workforce of 180 employees, including 18 designers, over 20 technicians, and more than 80 mid-level technicians. The company’s products serve a wide range of industries, such as machinery, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications equipment, mold-making, and specialized automated production equipment. It specializes in the processing of non-standard precision mechanical parts in multiple varieties, with high precision and in large and medium batch sizes. Its products achieve a precision of 0.002 millimeters and comply with quality systems such as ISO, ASME, DIN, and JIS, and are exported to Japan, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.
The company is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, including five-axis machining centers, CNC four- and three-axis machining centers, turn-mill composite machining centers, CNC lathes, high-speed internal cylindrical grinders, wire EDM machines, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and wire-cutting machines. It also boasts a comprehensive suite of advanced inspection equipment, such as coordinate measuring machines, microscopes, projectors, hardness testers, 3D measuring instruments, and Swiss height gauges, ensuring the production and machining of high‑precision components to meet customer requirements.
At present, we have maintained successful long-term collaborations with Guizhou Aerospace Linquan Motor Co., Ltd., Aerospace Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Shenzhen Foxconn Electronics Co., Ltd., as well as relevant enterprises in the United States, Israel, Japan, and other countries.
