Design Department

We are primarily dedicated to the design and manufacture of a wide range of custom‑made products, offering tailored intelligent solutions to our clients and helping them build their own brands.

Our technical team boasts many years of experience in custom‑design engineering. Our mechanical design engineers are proficient in 3D modeling and use SolidWorks and Pro/E with intuitive, straightforward workflows. Our electrical control engineers are well-versed in industry standards and operational guidelines for electrical wiring, and they excel at programming PLCs and HMI touchscreens across multiple brands. They also master PCB fabrication and microcontroller programming, and are skilled in developing control software using advanced languages such as VB and VC++. Their user interfaces are both intuitive and easy to operate. We specialize in servo motor control, are familiar with machine‑vision solutions, and are adept at working with CCD cameras, lenses, and image‑acquisition cards from various manufacturers. In areas like visual positioning, character recognition, and dimensional measurement, we provide customers with comprehensive, turnkey solutions that encompass design, development, and integration.

Our management team brings extensive managerial experience and a modern management mindset, leveraging project management techniques to monitor project progress, quality, and costs, thereby ensuring timely delivery with consistent quality. We assemble project teams based on project requirements, engage in effective communication with clients, develop project proposals, and clearly define the project scope. Drawing on the design plan, we create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), prepare a schedule, allocate resources according to the timeline, and implement rigorous time‑management controls. We also adopt the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methodology for quality assurance, translating customer needs into technical specifications and, during the design phase, factoring in downstream process requirements such as component manufacturability, assembly and commissioning, ease of operation, process coordination, and maintainability.
